Bishop Dr. Isaiah W. Mackey, a native of Syracuse, New York, is a distinguished leader and devoted servant of the Lord. He has been a beacon of faith and dedication throughout his life, beginning with his early acceptance of Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at the age of eight. By the age of ten, Bishop Mackey had received the Holy Ghost, marking the start of a lifelong commitment to his spiritual journey.

Educationally, Dr. Mackey has pursued a broad and impactful academic path. He earned an associate in arts degree from Herkimer County Community College. Bishop has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Community and Human Services at Empire State College in April 2025. His theological training includes two years at Davis College in Johnson City, NY, where he focused on Christian Counseling and Theology. He also has a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Divinity from H.O.P.E Academy. 

Dr. Mackey's calling to ministry began at the age of 15. By 20, he was serving as a Minister in Training at Greater Highway Deliverance Temple in Utica, NY, under the mentorship of Bishop Dr. Darren Page. His trial sermon, delivered at 21, titled “Trials May Come but God Will Never Leave Your Side,” was a significant milestone in his ministry. He was licensed in the Church of God in Christ by Apostle Mario D. Williams in 2011 and furthered his ordination within the Baptist Church under Overseer Dr. Derrick L. Tanyhill Sr. and the Pentecost Evangelical M.B.C.

In 2021, Bishop Mackey assumed the role of Lead Pastor at Fountain of Life Redeem House of God. His journey of leadership continued with his licensing as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ in August 2022. The pinnacle of his recent accomplishments came in June 2023 when he was consecrated as a Bishop by Apostle Mose L. Styles III, Presiding Prelate of BBCCFC.

As the Senior Pastor of Greater Harvest Ministries, Dr. Mackey is dedicated to empowering leaders within the body of Christ. His ministry is centered on uplifting and placing those who are often overlooked or undervalued in their rightful places within the Kingdom of God.

Bishop Mackey’s passion for leadership extends globally, as he is deeply involved in educating and training future leaders in the church within Greater Harvest Network of Churches and Ministries which was created in November 2021. Which he is the current Presiding Prelate and Establishmentarian.

Known for his encouragement and supportive pastoral approach, Bishop Mackey also finds joy in assisting and training opportunity for the upcoming and growing of associate ministers and assisting different churches with leadership training and administration. His favorite scripture,
Philippians 4:13— “I can do all things through Christ Jesus that strengthens me”—reflects his unwavering faith and commitment to his ministry.

Bishop Mackey is married to Evangelist Myshi Mackey, and together they are blessed with children and grandchildren, further enriching their lives and ministry with family and faith.
